Great car. Communicative host. My main feedback is that the pick-up instructions could be clearer for renters who are local. Also, the tone in some of the messages (although I certainly understand why) could be softer. Other than that, would recommend.

Hi, I’m at a loss as to where I can be any more clear on my information. You selected an airport option you never said you were local. However even in my very detailed airport instructions I also include the exact address to the lot it is located at. I had to remind you to upload your verification photos after your trip start time. As soon as you uploaded that info I gave you the spot number and the key location. So where or when were you not given information?
Car was great and exactly as described. Very clean and in great shape. Christina was incredible with communication. Very thorough and easy to follow directions for pickup. Highly recommend and would rent again.
