The car smelled of smoke terribly and affected our allergies
Thank you for your feedback, Dirk. We’re sorry to hear the vehicle did not meet your expectations. This Santa Fe had only been in service for a short time with very few trips prior to yours, and no smoke odor had been reported by previous guests. We take cleanliness seriously and inspect each vehicle between rentals. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
