There was a really big crack in the windshield, and there were also some stone chips, so I wasn’t feeling great about it. I was worried it might shatter because it seemed like sunlight was coming through the cracks before sunset.

The car was great. The pickup was not great at all. The host sent the pickup address the night before at 8pm, then at 11:45pm a co-host sent a different pickup address. In general it’s probably save to assume someone renting a vehicle isn’t mobile. The second location sent by a co-host was a 15 minute walk for me, so I walked there even though it was 10 degrees outside, to pick up at 10am. At 9:58am a different co-host changed the pick up location again, to a location several miles away. Two minutes before pickup, as I am walking in 10 degree weather. Extremely inconsiderate and inconvenient. As soon as I received the message changing the location I messaged back saying I was walking, it was over two hours before I got any response back from a different co-host who did offer a ride. With access to 20+ vehicles it probably doesn’t seem like a big deal, but as a customer who is either relying on a taxi service, public transportation, or on foot it is a big deal.
