Pickup was very clear and easy, the car was clean. A bit small for an SUV but fit 4 suitcases with the back seats folded down. Only hiccup was there was a cover on the key fob which hid the button to lock and unlock the car. That took a while to figure out. Hopefully that will be removed for the next client. Very fuel efficient vehicle.

As always, a great rental experience all the way around. This is probably the 4th or 5th time renting this VW. Awesome in some really poor winter road conditions. Highly recommend.

Car was great minus the fuel door not working. Also there was no extension cord available inside the car to plug in the block heater which became an inconvenience…. I had to walk to the store and buy one, I would recommend including one. Besides that the car was great and very clean
