Great car for a 7 day girls’ trip of 4 - plenty of room for large luggage, amazing gas mileage, extremely comfortable, and so affordable for a week long trip. Would absolutely rent again if in the area!! Host was easy to communicate with and flexible with drop off time.

I was looking forward to a wonderful trip to Alaska for my brothers wedding. What I was not expecting was to leave my my first 1 star review in over a decade. This has been the most terrible Turo experience.
The car was great. The host was prompt and to the letter of Turo in the most “meets expectations” way possible.
I would leave a five star review. If the host was willing to address or acknowledge any of my issues.
MY terrible Turo experience was met with learning about the check-in window when I was mid flight and without reliable internet access to update my check in time as I had entered the wrong time mistakenly. Interestingly, adding your flight info which Turo VALIDATED WAS A REAL FLIGHT and i kept being told was for a “smooth check in process” did NOTHING to catch this and i can only assume this robotic host Completely ignored with the eager anticipation to get free money from my human mistake. Turo support was useless in this regard and instructed me to contact the host.
The host was also unwilling to be accommodating in this scenario and offer a refund when I re rented this same car with the intention they would not be without the booking. I understand re renting was my choice. I had done a lot of research and searching to find a car that would accommodate my family on this trip. We have an atlas at home and it made it easy to ensure what we packed would fit in our rental.
The host is so much of a robot lacking any level of human compassions and stating exactly “to the letter of Turo’s lengthy fine detail terms” I am in active dispute on being charge for fuel over a 5mile difference at drop off.
While our trip overall was amazing and I look forward to visiting my brother in Alaska for years to come I have huge reservations to book with Yurii or Turo again.
