Chase was an outstanding host and the VW Atlas was absolutely perfect for our Alaska trip. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, reliable, and handled everything from city driving to long scenic routes with ease. Plenty of room for luggage and passengers, which made the trip much more enjoyable.
Communication was excellent the entire time — quick responses, clear instructions, and pickup/drop-off was seamless. You can tell Chase takes great care of the vehicle and genuinely wants renters to have a great experience.
Highly recommend renting from Chase if you’re visiting Alaska. Would definitely book again!
