Cheng is absolutely a five-star Superhost.
This was my very first booking with Turo, and although I understood the overall concept, I was naturally a little apprehensive about the unknowns. I was traveling with my spouse and our four-year-old in an unfamiliar city, and the thought of a last-minute issue leaving us without a car was definitely on my mind. I have always rented from the major rental car companies, so trying Turo for the first time felt like a bit of a leap.
Cheng completely changed that perception. From the very beginning, he guided me through the entire process, explained what I needed to do before pickup, and made everything incredibly straightforward. The pickup was seamless, the car was clean and reliable, and the return process was just as easy.
More importantly, Cheng was responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental. He went above and beyond by offering thoughtful extras such as car seats, a cooler, water, and other useful amenities for our trip.
Because of how smooth this experience was, my confidence in using Turo has increased substantially, and I will absolutely consider Turo for future rentals. A large part of that is because of the experience Cheng provided.
Five-star customer service from start to finish. If you are looking for someone dependable, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, with a clean and reliable vehicle, I couldn’t recommend Cheng highly enough.
