Great! Everything was smooth and very good car.

Car was in great condition. Was nice that it had studded tires for the slippery conditions. The host was able to deliver the car right to me. Was able to respond quickly. Had no issues with the vehicle. I would rent again!

Car was good and held up pretty well in the winter conditions. The windshield developed a crack due to thermal stress (since it was negative 40 degrees outside) and per Turo policy I was charged for it. I feel the host should have to bear this charge since it's in Alaska and extreme winter temperature is not in the driver's control.

Any windshield damage claims are handled through Turo’s claims process and are not determined by the host. We worked with the guest to resolve the matter as smoothly as possible and appreciate the communication during the trip.

The Anchorage team was fantastic and the rav4 is perfect for winter. Excellent communication and quality vehicle, I would not hesitate to rent from these guys.
