I had an incredible experience renting a car from Jordan. I was new to the app and a bit nervous about how everything worked, but she made the entire process so easy. She was extremely nice, responsive, and organized, patiently answering all my questions and helping me learn how to use the service.
The situation was a bit stressful since we needed a rental car in the freezing cold in Alaska due to unexpected issues with the airport rental service. She made everything effortless, and thanks to her help, we were able to get on the road quickly without any hassle.
The car itself was spotless, very clean, and fully functional. It helped us enjoy our vacation without having to worry about how to get transportation . I honestly can’t recommend her enough --she deserves a full 10 out of 10 stars. I would absolutely rent from her again next time I’m in Alaska!
