The car was in superb condition—clean, neat, and excellent for long drives. When our previous car had a flat tire, Roman went above and beyond by quickly providing us with this replacement car and making sure we were taken care of. Roman was extremely helpful, communicative, and responsive throughout the entire experience, with clear and straightforward instructions.
