Host was very responsive & friendly. Always replied immediately. This was my first Turo rental & I didn’t understand the pick up/drop off location piece. The location was not convenient & we spent nearly another $100 on Ubers to get there & back. Be sure you request a specific location at time of booking. The car was a basic Subaru, if you’ve ever driven one. Function over form but fit our needs considering is high tourist season in AK.
Hello, so sorry you spent that much on Ubers. I’m not sure why or how as it was 4pm both ways which are not peak times and would have been closer to $20 each way. Sorry again!

Wanted to pick the car up early and the host was very accommodating with great communication. but tried to get us to pay for the extension off-line and it was way more than the website was charging. We told her we were not comfortable using a third-party cash app and we already paid for it on the turo app. We paid online and she was cool with that and after that there were no issues . Car ran great, fantastic fuel mileage. and the host was very nice.

It was fantastic!! Wenyin made the process very easy and comfortable. The Subaru Crosstrek was clean, very comfortable and easy to drive. The pick up of the vehicle was easy and quick. I will be renting from Wenyin again if our schedules work!!

This whole experience was great! Our host was very communicative. The car was clean and reliable. We had zero issues, super easy pick up and drop off. Definitely would use again!
