Roman was nice and his car was in good shape and drove well. Turo was a nightmare to work with. The app kept glitching and it would show one price for shifting things and then charge me more. I couldn’t check out on the app. One person told me it was fine and I was already checked out and then another person told me I needed to re check out. They charged me extra for every little thing. I don’t know if I’ll rent from them again.
