The car was clean, and smooth, great for our roadtrip down south! She was also so accommodating on the drop off and delivery of the car. I would definitely rent the car with her again. Thank you so much!

Pickup was easy. The car was clean enough. The tires on the vehicle were very bald, especially the front passenger tire. The next morning it was flat. I contacted the owner and she quickly responded to me. Her husband came and got the car, put four brand new tires on it and I was able to have it back in a few hours. I appreciated the quick response and all, but I was just surprised they would send a car out for a two week rental in Alaska with bald tires. When I mentioned this to her husband he said they switch tires around in the fleet. However, the picture they provided in the Turo app taken the same day I got the car showed a tire with good tread-not the tire that was on the car when I got it. Other than that, I had no problems with the car. Communication was good. Chaniqua and her husband were pleasant.

Best car you can rent in anchorage, the host was really helpful and kind, pick up and dropp off process are really realy easy, if we have the oportunity we will rent again,
