It was really cool truck! Very clean and nice. Host was responsive and detailed! Will be looking for them again!

Terrible. The front window was severely cracked and dangerous. They did not leave a ticket for Parking to exit the garage. I had to pay $96 for it. And then the engine light came on.

I stated in the message before picking it up the prior guest cracked the windshield and we had to put it on order. The windshield is been replaced and we also went to go pay for your parking ticket. However, when you drop the vehicle back off, you took the parking ticket with you which subsequently cost us $50 to get it out.
The jeep was perfect for seeing Alaska! Heated seats were a bonus.

The Jeep was okay overall. The check engine light was on but there were no issues. The back smelled like dog. We couldn’t take advantage of the hybrid system for better gas mileage because no charging cable was provided. We rented it specifically for the hybrid efficiency.
