Overall was a very good experience for my first time using Turo. We arrived a little early, I contacted Terrick and he had the car there within minutes. The jeep had somewhere in tear, but was clean enough and the problem free. The only hiccup was that it took a little bit to find the car mostly because of my unfamiliarity with Anchorage Airport. Again, being my first time with Turo I had some questions and Terrick answered almost immediately and was very helpful.

The car has a lot of wear and tear!! Lots of scratches on exterior and the interior. Mildly cleaned, we found socks in the door and a metal spoon covered in food in the 3rd row. Notification of "suspension system failure, stop vehicle immediately" would go off every few minutes for the entire trip. Notification that it needs an oil change went off twice. Take photos of every square inch of the vehicle at pick up and drop. Owner will try to blame damage and claim the was a collison. Also tried to submit invoices (denied by Turo) for more money. I would suggest another owner/vehicle all together!
