Great car, great process.

Car was fine. Very good gas mileage. Host delivered the car on time, but as of this post is 1 1/2 hour late for pick up.
Thank you for feed back. Due to the accident I couldn’t make it on time. It be much pleasure that you be accommodating next time .

This was the 2nd car. First car reeked of cigarettes and after the first day we decided it was just too much to deal with. Tony was great, we were all the way out in Big Lake by this time and he brought this one to us.
I’m a bit confused by the change in your concern—initially it was described as one issue, and now it’s something different. My previous customer picked up their car the next day with no complaints. I still made an extra effort to accommodate you and address your concerns, so it’s disappointing to see a review that doesn’t reflect that effort. I would have appreciated the chance to resolve everything to your satisfaction before a complaint was left.

Tony the host is great with communication if needed . The SUV was clean , I’ll definitely be booking again .
