Easy pick up and good communication. However there is a large crack in the windshield and the car makes a very loud noise while on the highway. Check engine light would go on and off.

Thank you so much for being flexible to change the drop off and pick up location. We enjoyed your car. I reduced one star because it made weird noise sometimes that sounded like vibration noise when a car drives on rumbling strips. It made noise randomly but it seems making the noise when you drive fast on a highway. Otherwise, we enjoyed our drive. Thank you!

The pick-up location was okay, had to pay $18 to get the car out of the garage.
