Host was great. Very responsive.
No spare tire, which wasn’t an issue for us, but could have been.
Car was pretty clean but had a strong odor of chemical cleaners.

hi, bmw x5 does not have spare tires. bmw x5s have run flats which I explained to the guest when she made a comment about the tires at the start of the reservation. I never use any harsh chemicals to clean with in my cars. I wish the guest would have said something and i would have asked to meet with her immediately to solve her issue!
Excellent hosting! We had everything we needed and enjoyed a beautiful, well-maintained vehicle. The M5 was perfect for our trip and extremely comfortable. Thanks so much!

First time user of Turo and could not have asked for a better Host! Jed helped me along the way and provided a Quality vehicle. Though the vehicle had some minor rub marks and minor scratches we were in a top of the line vehicle that I hope to be able to rent again when we come back! Thank you!

My very first time using Turo and what a great first experience it was to use it! I always book car rentals through Enterprise but this was easy breezy, with no lines and no hassle. Jed was amazing and communicates on time and when he can. He’s even offered other services and asked if I needed recommendations. Although the car was dirty on the outside, didn’t hurt to spend $20 on a car wash soon as we got the car. Inside could have used a little detailing but there was no trash, so definitely ain’t knocking off a star for that. The car ran great with no issues thank goodness. It’s exactly what a traveler needs is a reliable vehicle that runs great without any issues! Jed wasn’t able to meet me at pick up but sent his mom, also sent her contact info which was extremely helpful. He wasn’t going to leave me hanging when he’s been in direct contact since before this trip. His mom was also great with communication, replying quickly and making sure the hand off was smooth and quick. Definitely will be using Turo again because of my experience with Jed and his mom the next time I come out to Anchorage!
