Received no communication regarding my rental at all and had to message host to remind them to verify my id within 2 hours of the start of my trip. Car was clean and comfortable. The information for the car has now been edited but it was not disclosed at the time of booking that the car was diesel which added a significant cost to our trip. After dropping the car at the airport, host messaged me several hours later requesting that I pay the fee for them to remove the car from airport parking. I had already paid to remove the car from the airport myself. I live in Alaska and rent turos nearly monthly and have never had a host try to bill me for them picking up the car. That fee was not disclosed anywhere. Turo support removed the charge for me. As someone who frequently rents from the Anchorage airport I would not rent this vehicle again and would not have rented this vehicle if I had known about the extra cost.

Hi Emily, thanks for your feedback. The trip was set to end at 7 AM but the car was left at 5 AM in airport parking without notice of early return. My listing requires notice for airport returns, so the extended parking fee applied. Fuel type is and was listed as DIESEL in the Turo app. All charges were through Turo, not outside. I'm glad the car was clean and comfortable at pickup, but I'm sorry it was not returned in the same condition.

We had a wonderful experience renting this vehicle! The car was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout the trip, and pickup/drop-off at the airport parking lot was incredibly easy and convenient. The fuel tank was full at pickup, which we really appreciated. We also loved having the cargo mat in the back—it made storing our suitcases so easy and kept everything organized. The car drove great and was perfect for exploring Alaska. It rained during part of our trip, so we weren’t able to return the exterior as clean as we would have liked, but we kept the interior very tidy and didn’t eat or drink in the vehicle. We’d happily rent from this host again. Thank you for helping make our trip so smooth!

Absolutely the easiest and most convenient car rental experience ever! He met me at the airport when I arrived and approved my requests to extend my trip (twice). Pavel was responsive and easy to work with. And the Audi was an absolute dream to drive. Perfect for my needs. I will contact Pavel again the next time I’m in Anchorage!
