Car was fine. Host was communicative and seemed kind. Car was easy to find, pick up and drop off. My only issue is that because I booked kind of last minute, the host didnt have a chance to clean the car before my pickup, do she offered me 15 percent off. I never received it. I reached out a couple days later after reviewing my receipt and she said she'd already requested the funds from Turo, and I should receive it in a couple days. Its been a week and a half and I didn't get it. Either Turo dropped the ball or the request wasnt actually made. Other than that, the rental was fine!

Communication, check in and check out was great and easy. Car was a bit worn mechanically. Vibrating and noisy.

I rented this car for a bachelorette road trip since I was driving the bride and wanted something a little nicer for the occasion. She loved the car, which made the experience even more special.
The pickup process was very smooth. The car was parked, ready to go, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The car itself was okay overall. It could have been a bit cleaner, and there was a noticeable smoke scent. I did mention this at check-in before driving off.
The host was great, very responsive, informative, and easy to communicate with. I also really appreciated their understanding when I returned the car later than expected due to a personal family situation.
Overall, a positive experience thanks to the host’s communication and flexibility.
