Should be definitely higher than a four but can’t do this on your site. I would rate a 5 because the communication was good, car ran great, it’s just that the interior was not as clean as I would expect. Not terribly bad just needed to be wiped down and a couple spots cleaned off and what look like a little sand on the floor. I did notify the company and they apologized and said that in the future, they will make sure it is wiped down and clean. Other than that, it was a great experience.
