This car is in the worst driving condition I’ve ever experienced in my life, when you put it in drive it Jumps and makes a huge sound then driving it is the same, very shaky and unstable. I tried returning the car early in fear of my safety since I’m pregnant and had my friend 3 year old daughter with us. The owner declined for me to return it and said it must be kept for the minimum of 3 days. So I parked the car at the return location and just notified him it was there before the return date and went to Hertz so I paid double for a rental while on vacation. I had to do the checkout totally not even with the car. He has multiple cars and they all look unsafe.
