I rented this suburban and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The vehicle was spotless, well maintained, and drove incredibly smooth exactly what you’d want for a comfortable and stylish ride.
Communication was top tier the entire time. He was responsive, professional, and made the whole process super easy and stress free. Pickup and drop off were seamless, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The 2021 Suburban was the perfect choice for our trip. It provided an incredibly smooth ride and handled a full load of passengers and luggage with ease. The interior was spotless, and the modern tech features made long stretches of driving much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Cracked windshield when picking up vehicle.
I was notified about the crack this morning by my team.
There was a small crack that didn't affect the drivability or in the way of the driver at all. Which was scheduled to be fix in the coming days. Guest pick-up keys and not the vehicle, came back to drop of keys an hour later. Turo support told me this but didn't say why, they only said that guest was returning keys, or I would have suggested a vehicle swap. The whole situation was just unusual.
