The Car was great for my weekend getaway. The communication was amazing and the pick up/return process was the easiest part. I would definitely rent this car again.

I’ve rented from this host three times, and unfortunately two of those experiences were disappointing. It feels like the vehicles aren’t being properly inspected before they’re rented out, and existing issues aren’t disclosed.
The first vehicle I rented developed a loose splash guard in the middle of a road trip, causing it to drag on the road for the remainder of my drive. Nothing in the listing mentioned this issue, and having something dragging underneath your vehicle while you’re driving is a safety hazard. It also looked like someone had previously tried to tape it back into place, so it didn’t appear to be a new problem. When I contacted the host, I believe they should have offered to cover the cost of having the splash guard repaired while I was on my trip. Instead, I was told to find a repair shop that would fix it for free, which wasn’t a practical solution while traveling.
The second rental was great with no problems.
This third rental had a loud, constant bass-like humming noise for much of the trip. When I brought it up, the host told me it was caused by the lane change settings. However, I turned those settings off and the noise continued, so that clearly wasn’t the cause.
Based on the host’s responses to both issues, customer service does not appear to be a priority. Combined with the vehicle problems I experienced, I can’t confidently recommend renting from this host. Two out of three rentals had issues that should have been caught during a routine inspection before the vehicles were made available.
