I would never rent from Dennis & Vick ever again!! My biggest problem with them is them telling you what speed they think you should drive !!! Why are you renting you’re vehicle out if you want to control they way it’s been driven!! They are very money hungry humans and that disgusted me !! Not only that but after I sent in pictures of me with my driving license to verify!! I got a call from Vicky stating that the trunk of the vehicle was broken !! Apparently the person that returned the vehicle the day before I picked it up broke the trunk!! PRIME EXAMPLE OF MONEY HUNGRY ! Because apparently Dennis and Vicky was aware of that but waited to the last minute to say anything!! What if I would’ve had the luggage with me and actually needed to use the trunk !! Vicky exact words was I’m just letting you know so nobody would get hurt!! If you knew there was something wrong with the vehicle I feel like you should’ve canceled the reservation or offered me another vehicle!! That’s not all I put $60 in the vehicle before taking it back !!! Around 3pm I received a text message and picture mail from Dennis of the gas needle in the picture you can clearly see the car was still on full ! He actually sent two pictures and they both showed the vehicle was still on full !! Well Dennis thought he was going to charge me $22 !! For fuel crazy work !! They clearly thought because I stood 4’ll that I was some lil girl they can play with!!! Shiddd me !! I pick the vehicle up Saturday and had to return it back Sunday morning I never let the gas needle hit E once ! Keep in mind I only drove the vehicle Saturday !! If you weak you beat with them because they will try to get over on you !! Hell I wouldn’t be surprised if Dennis and Vicky broke the damn trunk and blaming it on the previous rental!!

Vehicle drove great. It was enough room for me and my children. Will be renting again.

Car is always in good condition, location is great and host always kind and has great communication!!!
