Experience was great, besides finding cockroaches when we returned to our rental vehicle on our last day.

I'm glad everything was great besides finding a single baby roach, size of a rice grain, next to food the that was left on the vehicle floor mat during your trip right at return. I do apologize for this inconvenience and have already addressed this issue.
