Everything was perfect as always with UDRIVE but this time i got extra lucky and got extra first class treatment! For the weekend i picked up a brand new byd electric sealion 7 performance model at the crown casino located at the Sydney airport, top notch service provided when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. I must say Bravo 👏🏿 to you and your team @UDRIVE. Very flexible & friendly staff who are always ready to offer plenty of hiring options to tailor the needs to the customers trip incase any changes arise. As for me Udrive provided me that extra extra special better than the rest service. As they offer • top of the line vehicles • friendly, happy and always willing to help team • affordable pricing The initial vehicle i booked was faulty & UDRIVE went above & beyond rectifying the issue. Great car overall. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove well. The only issue was that it rained during my trip, and unfortunately the windshield wipers weren’t performing very well, which made visibility a bit difficult and obstructed my view at times. Other than that, everything was good, and I had a positive experience overall.

I hired an LDV D90 for a trip to the Blue Mountains with my high school friends, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The car was amazing—I genuinely didn’t expect it to be so huge! It was extremely spacious and comfortable, making the drive there and back effortless for a group. The price was incredibly affordable for a vehicle of this size and capability, which made it even better value. The rental experience itself was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Even though the return was after hours, the instructions were very clear and straightforward, which made the whole process stress-free. If you cancel after the free cancellation period ends, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
In the rare event a host cancels, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car, or we’ll help you find one. Your refund can be temporarily held to expedite rebooking, or the funds can be returned to your bank account — your choice.
What are the cleaning and safety policies on Turo?
Under the enhanced cleaning policy, hosts are required to clean and disinfect their vehicles thoroughly before every trip, so you can feel safe and comfortable behind the wheel. Turo hosts have access to training materials on enhanced safety measures and cleaning practices to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other viruses.
