Great car, easy rental process, we used on a ski trip and used the chains, car worked great in snow!

Nice new ride. Car runs great. Being a Floridian, (new to Seattle), I had a little bit hard time getting to the exact pick up location, Casey was VERY PATIENT with me, stayed with me on the phone until I got to the location. Treated me with respect, also great, prompt, and very efficient with communication. I also requested to extend the reservation for a few days and Casey worked with me. Thanks a lot bro. I definitely recommend working with him. I’ll reserve again next time.

He was very friendly, gave me detailed instructions on the usage and terms, and offered to drop me at the airport when I was dropping off the car. We had a wonderful time in the PNW with Ryan's X5. The vehicle was comfortable for our family of three. Our 6 year old appreciated the back seat area and the luggage area was perfect. We would definitely book again. Ryan was a great communicator and it was easy to coordinate both delivery and pick up of the vehicle at our two hotels in Seattle.

We took this vehicle from Washington to California, Arizona, and back on a 34 day road trip. It fit our needs perfectly from being spacious, having fold down seats, fuel efficient, 4WD, and a roof rack. To figure out the bluetooth we pressed menu, OK, OK, down, OK, down, OK (hope this helps because it was confusing). We has a tire issue but the owner responded quickly and reimbursed us for new tires in under 24 hrs. (The vehicle does warn you when it has low tire pressure but I would still recommend checking tire pressure regularly on a long trip). Overall we loved this car and would recommend it for any adventure.
