Registration & tickets

Do you have to be a Power Host to attend?

The Power Host Summit is open to all Turo hosts who have achieved Power Host status at the time of registration, with accounts in good standing. A limited number of invitations will also be extended to non-Power Hosts who operate 40 or more active vehicles.

Can I bring a plus-one?

To make sure there’s enough space for as many Power Hosts as possible, plus-one tickets will be limited this year. Hosts with 20+ vehicles can reserve one plus-one ticket, and hosts with 40+ vehicles can reserve up to two, while supplies last.

If your invite indicates that you’re eligible for a plus-one ticket, you must reserve their ticket when you register — plus-ones cannot be added later. All guests must be 21+.

Why do I need to use my Turo email to register?

Using your Turo email address allows us to verify your host status and ensures that we can get in touch with you with any event updates.

I received an invite but can’t register — what should I do?

Please make sure that the name and email address you’re using for registration match your Turo account. If you’re still having issues getting your ticket, reach out to events@turo.com.

I’m on the waitlist — now what?

Keep an eye on your inbox. In the event that space opens up, we’ll offer any available spots to the next individuals on the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.

A spot opened up on the waitlist — now what?

If a ticket becomes available due to cancellations and you’re next on the waitlist, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll have 24 hours to complete the registration, or else the offer will be rescinded and extended to the next eligible person on the waitlist.

Can I transfer my ticket to another host if I can’t attend?

Power Host Summit tickets are non-transferable. In the event that you can no longer attend the Summit, please cancel your ticket or send an email to events@turo.com so we can offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
