Pros: Car was clean, pickup/dropoff was pretty smooth. Car got me to places, host was responsive.
Cons: Didn't have backup camera as advertised, which was a big reason why got this car. Car seatbelts kept getting tangled. First time in a while where I tested to make sure that if I pulled quickly on the seatbelt it would catch and actually lock (which it did thankfully). Didn't bother connecting to Bluetooth because display was super slow and laggy. I knew it was a 2014 car but didn't realize it had that many miles on it/felt older than expected.
Wouldn't rent again mainly because of lack of backup camera.
Sorry to hear that you had so many issues from the beginning you couldn’t find the location when it’s the easiest and most convenient location around. asked me for free delivery to ohare. I think you just wanted free stuff and because I didnt honor you decided to complain here. knew you would be trouble but didn’t think you were going to expect a brand new car. The car drove fine and is in working order.
