This review has nothing to do with Sam the owner of the automobile.
I gave True a low score because of the way they handle business. The only way to get all the contractual information was to close a deal and get the car. If I had known the car was 35 miles from where I arrived in Arizona or had to wash the car inside and out before I returned it this deal would never have happened. There is no flexibility in this rental at all. I will more than likely never use this service or recommend this service to anyone I know..
