Amazing trip overall! The 2023 Toyota Sienna Platinum was super comfortable, especially for my grandma she really loved the reclining seats. The gas mileage was also amazing for such a spacious vehicle. Justin was very nice, responsive, and very accommodating throughout the whole trip. Highly recommend!

The Sienna is a great ride and performed perfectly throughout our trip. However, communication/logistics could be improved. The van was delivered to the airport two hours late because of a battery issue, which was very stressful for our family of four with lots of gear in tow. The host was very kind, but the delay was a major inconvenience.
This is the first time happened this situation, and I called her to ask if they will wait for it, she agreed about it. After the trip I provide gift to apologize about that. I understand people have zero tolerance for anything happened for their inconvenience. But anyway I tried my best to help every guest. She left some tiny key clip, I also wait her for half hour to come back to pickup.
