Car was true to form. Smooth ride.

Vehicle was ok. Host was not helpful when I was trying to return early. I was not requesting money back, just returning early due to earlier flight option. Was going to be charged $51.50 to return 2 hours early. I sent a screenshot with my question and the host responded with “Okay.” …and that was it. So, i kept the car until the time and missed the earlier flight option.

The var itself was brilliant! All details were sent over onetime, so no issue with owner. As soon as we picked the vehicle up the crunching on the brakes were so loud. The left door was temperamental, and decided when and when it wouldn't shut. There was no fluid in the wipers, so couldn't clean the screen. We got in touch regarding the brakes as it was a serious cause of concern, but didn't hear back from them.
