Original car had to be changed due to an AC issue.
Some people don’t appreciate when we help by switching them to another vehicle instead of canceling and leaving them without a car.
For anyone reading this, we always do our best to ensure a great trip. The car was replaced with one of the same year and color because the original had A/C issues, which was not our responsibility to fix.
