The parking situation at the Omni parking shuttle is not very good if you guys were able to secure some other form of parking that would be even better for all your guess for that I had to give you a four otherwise it was pretty seamless you guys are always on top of things. Thank you for the good experience.

The Caravan was a great dependable vehicle, that drives really good. If you are looking for something convenient this is the perfect vehicle, and for a great price. Caesar was a good host, anytime I messaged him, his response time was within a few minutes. If you book this van you have to make reservations with Omni shuttle to get a ride from the airport or you will have to pay a taxi to take you to the van. Everything was great with all aspects of service and I would most definitely book with this host again.

While I had some positive interactions there were a few drawbacks that affected my overall experience.
First, the car is quite old, which made for a less smooth ride than I had hoped for. It worked for our needs, but I expected something a bit more comfortable to drive especially for the price.
Additionally, the pickup and drop-off location was not at the airport as I had anticipated & paid an “airport fee” for. This turned out to be quite inconvenient, as I had to walk a considerable distance while managing my luggage and small children. I would recommend checking the vehicle's actual pickup/drop-off location carefully before booking. It added unnecessary stress to the beginning and end of our trip.
On a positive note, the host was very responsive and quick to address any questions, which I appreciated.
Thank you for your review, we very sorry you had a poor experience, however, everything was explained in the car details before you rented, you rented a 2015, 10 years old, logically it is an old car, I do not understand that part 🤦🏻♂️, for those who are going to rent it is a 2015 car and it has been very well maintained.
