Car was cool clean got me where I needed was hard on gas took a while to pick up speed but air worked great and definitely was what we needed good cargo space

The owner dropped the vehicle off at my resort. The vehicle was clean and appeared as described. Very spacious.

No issues with the van host was responsive.. Van was a bit rougher than it appeared in the pictures. Seems they rattle can touch up places so you don't notice it at a glance. The Omni parking lot however was terrible. We waited 45 minutes to get a shuttles that "runs every 25 minutes " they didn't have sufficient staff I guess?
Bottom line. Price was cheap at the cost of convince. If your in a rush just dont. Or Uber to the lot to get your turo.
We’re glad there were no mechanical issues and that communication was smooth. This is a 2016 vehicle offered at a budget-friendly price, so normal wear consistent with its age is expected. The van is maintained to be safe and reliable — that’s our priority.
The Omni parking shuttle is independently operated and outside of our control. Many guests choose to Uber directly for faster access.
