The customer service was ok, the van needs brakes and there’s a knocking notice coming from the front of the van when braking. The van had an unpleasant smell.

Host was great. Someone rear ended me in a parking spot and the host made sure I was okay and responded perfectly and in a timely manner. Car was still driveable and damage was minimal, they did not haggle me about returning it after. I have rented from them plenty of times and they are always friendly and responsive. Great family to rent with.
