The car drove great. Very smooth and easy. Pick up from SFO was simple. Know that if you choose to pick up at the terminal, it is expensive, but that option worked best for our family.

Fair warning to people interested in this car. It is NOT located on site at SFO as advertised. You have to take the bus or an uber to go to the BART parking lot nearby. I had 7 suitcases and my cat with me due to moving and they asked for $37 extra to have the car at the SFO parking lot, so add that into your calculations before booking.
Additionally, they did not send me the car location an hour before my trip started. I contacted them after my trip start time had already passed and they said they are still in the process of cleaning the car and driving it over. There was an hour delay in them finally getting the car to me.
Also there are 4 different hosts and some seem to be AI. It’s confusing to actually get to talk to someone and they say contradictory things in the same chat.
Worst experience using Turo so far. Every other rental I’ve had through this app was otherwise amazing.

The car is clean and spacious. Pickup and drop off at millbrae was very easy. Would rent again.
