Haibo is a great host! He was very communicative before, during and after the trip and he responded to our questions quickly. He also sent me reminders about the check in and check out and the instructions were very clear too! I will rent with him again in the future! 🙂

This van was in need of some attention. The front brakes needed replaced. Every time you come to a stop they were roaring. It felt unsafe especially with the hills. Also the wipers needed replaced. They wouldn’t clean the water off the windshield. I was very disappointed with this experience
