What a fantastic van! Pick up was seamless and the drive was smooth for the entire two weeks that I had this vehicle. This van is perfect for a road trip with the family and for getting around the Bay Area safely and comfortably. I highly recommend this vehicle and would certainly rent it again!

The Sienna worked perfect for my family trip. Haibo answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Pick up and drop off were super easy.

Not a fan. I vacuumed this person’s car, filled up the gas tank ( the meter showed over the full line), took his van through the car wash and this person and sends me a bill for $10 for gas and a $10 convenience fee. That is absolutely ridiculous. And it’s for Costco gas while I was filling his tank with Chevron premium gas and not some generic. Wow!!!
After I picked up the car, I took photos and uploaded them to TURO. The photos clearly showed that the gas gauge wasn't full, so I drove to the nearest gas station and filled up the tank with $10. No matter where you rent a car, the tank should be completely full when you pick it up, and it should also be full when you return it. This is a basic requirement. I don't understand why you complained and gave me a bad review because I filled up the tank and sent you an invoice. I've been a TURO drive

We really enjoyed our trip with this vehicle. We had no mechanical issues. The vehicle was comfortable and had plenty of room for our luggage. Instructions for pickup and drop off were clear and easy to follow. We would rent this vehicle again.
