One of the car lights was not functioning. Host was very responsive and polite. Getting the car was a hassle, had to ride 2 trains and every passenger had to pay to go to the millbrae parking ramp.

On pickup: the car is normally parked at the Millbrae Station garage for keyless self-pickup, but we can also arrange pickup at the airport. Just let us know at least 12 hours in advance next time. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again!
