Van was in rough shape. Several service indicator lights were illuminated on instrument cluster including check engine. Front tires are bald and out of balance causing excessive vibration at speed. Dashboard alerting for low battery in key fob. Host was responsive and made a reasonable attempt to accommodate but we were traveling and several hours from host/pickup location.

The vehicle was everything, a smooth ride. Clean and well maintained. I don't have any complaints. If you decide to book with Lonnie ask for the pickup instructions earlier to avoid delay. Other than that everything was great.
