The quality of the vehicle is not what is displayed on photos. The vehicle was not up to me and my family standards at all. The 3rd row latch was broken (the host didn't mention in details) when I called her she did apologize, however my husband had to nearly fight to pull the back seats up so everyone can sit.
The car wasn't filthy but it was dirty. It could definitely use a good deep cleaning.
I've been renting from turo for many years and never ran into any issues until today.
I will not be renting from her again.
