Awful. I would never use these guys again. I would never use Turo again. Picking up the car in the economy lot is terrible. Rental cars are way easier to get. The AC in the van was weak at best. It was cool air but not cold. And cold is needed in 95° Florida heat! The interior was beat up. Quinonez never responded to my messages and questions. Our key had issues and wouldn’t start the car a few times. They told me when I got to the car that I had to put in premium fuel even though the car says to use the lowest on the gas cap. Turo customer service was awful as well. Even though I was never told about premium fuel and paid parking, they said it didn’t matter. Awful experience all around. I would NEVER do this again.

Everything was great. The instructions and place of the car were great. Car was clean and shown as pictures described.
