The host was nice but the vehicles definitely need some upgrading. I had 2 vehicles during my 3 day rental period, neither of the back up cameras worked. I was stuck outside with my children in the Florida sun and heat for 2 hours. I locked the doors to the vehicle not knowing the key was not the correct key for the vehicle. He did in fact send someone out to get me back in the vehicle but advised me just don’t lock the doors any where you go. So the plans I had couldn’t happen bc we would need to leave our personal items in the vehicle. The first vehicle I had to exchange bc it had fire ants all over the inside . I figured he would’ve made it right ya know, half off or something. Nothing!
