I have used this van for every trip to Hawaii since 2023. I've had zero issues with Joel & Jennifer. The van serves its purpose for our trips home, shopping, the beach, and cruising the island. The van is very clean and comfortable for our Ohana, especially for our elder. The pickup and drop-off from the airport are very easy; all you have to do is read and follow their instructions. Their communication is top-notch! I can choose someone else, but I prefer Joel and Jennifer because they provide the best service and make it less of a hassle. A hui hou

Drop off and pick up were so easy in a confusing setting! The host was so polite and helpful, even adding some kids beach toys in the trunk for a little one! Van was great, no issues at all! Would use them again in the future! Manolo!
