From start to finish, Alvin was incredibly easy to work with. He was responsive to every question and request, accommodating, and genuinely understanding throughout our trip. That level of communication made the entire experience stress-free.
The Toyota Sienna was an outstanding choice. It was spotless, well-maintained, spacious, comfortable, reliable, and fuel-efficient. We put it to good use, and it handled everything we needed without a single issue.
As my husband said at the end of our trip, “I’ll tell you what… that van was good to us!” I couldn’t agree more.
We would absolutely rent from Alvin again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle and an excellent Turo host.
