Everything was great with this rental. Communication was great. Van worked awesome with no issues. We were shorted a car seat that we reserved. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. They were willing to meet up with us for the other car seat but we opted to be refunded. Otherwise it was a great rental and would recommend.
