Upon request and updated charge paid on turo the car was delivered to the resort and owner picked it up from the same location. The fun story is that I lost my phone and with the help of Turo customer support, I was able to reach out to owner Aby and coordinate the pickup on the last day of my trip. Overall great experience a bit thrilling due to the dead phone 🙂

The handoff was extremely easy. They were very flexible and also gave some great tips on which beach to go to. It was a perfect car for our family of five.
