Abby saved our vacation . We booked from another TURO rental person ( goes by BARRY dont book from this person btw) weeks before coming to Hawaii, when we picked up the rental van it was not starting and having battery issues . I called Barry right away and he seems annoyed that the battery was not working , not apologetic at all , very arrogant he said that it it was just working when he dropped it off and said that you have a car and you dont know when the battery will die on you . I told Barry that we are travelling with 2 kids and my elderly mom. He offered for a replacement but wont be for another 30 mins and would like to see whats wrong with the van prior to giving us a replacement !!Barry proceeded to cancel our Turo reservation when we already travelled from california to hawaii for 5 hrs!!’ , tired and hangry .that guy has no heart at all. Thank God, Abby saved us, her van was available and even dropped off our car at our hotel. Abby’s van is super clean and brand new!!’ We will book from her again . STAY away from BARRY , he has a lot of cars for rent thru TURO but this man has no heart at all and his can is full of dings , dirty , looks loke its been to an accident a few many times .
