Aloha! This is an older vehicle hence why it is priced lower with, is in great mechanical condition and we keep it very clean😁

I had a concerning experience with this host that I feel others should be aware of. The host offered drop-off and pickup service, which initially seemed convenient. I requested an earlier return time and asked the host to approve the change so I could properly return the vehicle within the updated timeframe. The host dismissed the importance of the request, stating that it was not necessary and that the platform does not closely review return photos.
At the time of drop-off, I again asked the host to approve the time adjustment. He did so but left immediately, and the only photo I was able to capture for return documentation was of him driving away.
Several hours later, I received direct messages from the host outside of the app claiming that I had damaged a phone holder and left sand in the vehicle. He requested that I compensate him directly rather than going through the proper platform channels, stating he would otherwise file a claim.
Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and not in line with expected platform policies or standards. I would strongly recommend that future renters document everything carefully and keep all communication within the app.
