Hi Nazmican, I read your review and I'm sorry the van had a dent in it. My previous renter hit something on the door and I had back to back turo rentals so I haven't had time to get the dent out of it as I am still waiting for turo help get the door fixed. It is a 2022 family van so they have minor scratches and dings to it. So I apologize for you feeling I offered you a 2 star rental. I didnt want to cancel your rental a day before you picked it up on your family trip. I apologize for this.
